Research and Development Policies
Based on our core technologies of electrolysis, fluorination, and particle control, we develop original technologies related to our strengths in chlorination, miniaturization, high purification, organic/inorganic synthesis, coating, and polymerization in our research and development aiming for “innovative, development-driven company.”
Research and Development Network
Our R&D division at the head office work in collaboration with R&D bases established at or near our domestic and overseas plants to develop new products. For semiconductor materials, the Semiconductor Materials Development Department and the Semiconductor Materials Development & Sales Department, both under the Business Division, promote customer-oriented R&D activities through an integrated system encompassing sales, development, and prototyping.
