Notice of Payment of Dividends, Etc. on Listed Stocks
The Dividend Statement sent at the time of dividend payment also serves as the Notice of Payment based on the provisions of the Act on Special Measures Concerning Taxation. It can be used as attachment when filing a tax return. We enclose a Dividend Statement for shareholders who receive their dividend using the Dividend Receipt, each time Dividends are paid. Shareholders filing a tax return should keep the document in a safe place.
Letters used for the name and address of the shareholder
In conjunction with the introduction of the electronic share certificate system, if the name or address of the shareholder includes Kanji (Chinese characters) or other letters and symbols not designated in the book-entry system by the Japan Securities Depository Center, Incorporated (JASDEC), the entries in the shareholder registry will be made by replacing all or part with letters designated by JASDEC or Katakana. Therefore, the postal address of notices sent to the shareholders may have letters replaced with those designated by JASDEC. We appreciate your understanding. For letters used for registration of the name and address of the shareholders, please contact your securities company, etc.
