1938 Incorporates with capital of \4 million to manufacture metallic magnesium, caustic soda and hydrochloric acid.
1939   Starts producing metallic magnesium and caustic soda at the Shibukawa Plant.
1945  

Ceases producing metallic magnesium and starts manufacturing inorganic chemicals with caustic soda as the main product line.

1950   Launches production of trichloroethylene.
